Full cream milk powder


NAME OF THE PRODUCT: It is a natural dairy product with a unique taste and smell, creamy-light yellow to almost white in color, obtained by increasing the dry matter of pasteurized fatty cow's milk by evaporation, drying it by spraying and turning it into powder.

APPLICATION: Flavoring, thickening enhancer, texture regulator, nutritional and energy value enhancer in the Dairy Products, Ice Cream, Biscuit and Chocolate Industry. It can be used in any situation where milk can be used.

PACKAGING: Packaged in a 3-layer kraft paper bag over a 25 kg polyethylene inner bag.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE: Under optimum storage conditions, the maximum is 12 months at 65% humidity and temperatures below 25ºC.
