PRODUCT NAME: It is a natural dairy product with a unique taste and smell, creamy-light yellow to almost white in color, obtained by passing raw cow's milk through a cream separator and separating the milk fat.

APPLICATION: It is used as raw material in food production companies.

PACKAGING: Packaged in 17 kg tin cans in accordance with the Turkish Food Codex.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE: Should be stored at +2°C, +4° C. The shelf life is 4 months without opening the package under appropriate storage conditions.
